Passport Information

The Court Clerk also serves as a Passport Acceptance Office, as a service to the public.
Passport application are processed between the hours of 8:30am and 4:30pm Monday thru Friday. Appointments are NOT required and service is on a first come, first served basis.

To obtain a passport, the following information may be helpful:

  1. The Passport Office is located in the Court Clerk’s Office on the 2nd floor of the Tulsa County Courthouse.
  2. Please bring a passport photo with you taken within the last 6 months which shows you face forward, just about at the shoulders. Your shoulders must not be bare, you may not be smiling, no glasses should be worn and your hair must not cover any part of your face.
  3. All customers applying for a passport must submit an original plus a clear photocopy of their citizenship evidence. If there is writing on both front and back of the original, then the copy must also be front and back. Examples of original U.S. Citizenship evidence include certified birth certificate, naturalization certificate, consular report of birth abroad and certificate of citizenship. Certified documents are considered originals. Customers may also submit an expired U.S. passport as evidence of citizenship

  5. Passport fees vary. Any questions concerning fees call 918-596-5411. Checks or Money Orders are required for payment.
