Department Head: Darlene Bailey

The Cost Administration desk has been operating for over 20 years in the Tulsa County Court Clerk’s office. This is a state wide project sponsored by the Oklahoma Supreme Court to enhance collections of court cost. The employees assigned to this division are focused to achieve that goal and to streamline our collection efforts.

Persons who have been assigned fines, fees or costs in one of the district courts can visit this department to arrange a plan to pay those costs out over a specified time.

This department can also make payment arrangements for fines and fees resulting from traffic violations.
