Revisions to the Criminal Oklahoma Uniform Jury Instructions

The Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals has issued a new order, effective July 3, 2003, updating and modifying the Oklahoma Uniform Jury Instructions-Criminal (Second Edition).You can read the court's order and revised jury instructions containing the additions and deletions (2003 OK CR 13) online at OSCN.

Increase in Filing Fees Effective July 1, 2016
